Our ERP solution for this manufacturing client included production planning, workflow scheduling, materials management, predictive ordering and supply-chain management modules.
Having a global footprint, the client requirement was for a distributed warehousing model allowing real-time collaboration with various inventory and supply-chain stakeholders. Our warehousing inventory management system was used to track stock levels across all regions and to monitor these for automated procurement through the materials requirement planning (MRP) module.
Bills of materials are integrated from their existing CAD systems with updates handled automatically.
Our ERP solution for this stock-and-sell client involved a multi-warehouse footprint, stock management automation processes including barcode scanning and integrating multi-channel web-based sales sources.
External sales sources included publicly accessible API's as well as EDI's from legacy systems. Our automated import scripts integrated sales and customer data from these channels with the BlueBox ERP System and automatically created sales orders, stock allocations, back-order purchase orders and despatch notes based on the inventory status of each item sold.
The goal was automating the business processes and streamlining the inventory, allocation, procurement and shipping processes.
